Property
When property or means of support is destroyed in a disaster event, limited assistance is available to church workers, congregations, and communities. If you are a church worker in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod you are asked to complete the Disaster Relief Assistance Form and submit it to your Pastor. He will submit the form to the Area Mission and Ministry Facilitator. If you are the Pastor and you need to make a request for assistance, give the completed form to your Circuit Counselor. The Circuit Counselor will submit such requests to the Area Mission and Ministry Facilitator. Community support requests must be submitted by the Pastor of a local congregation in that community to the Mission and Ministry Facilitator.
