NOTE: Room
reservations at Crowne Plaza Austin need to be
made directly with the
hotel by March 17 to receive the guaranteed rate of $99.00 for
king size bed or
$119.00 for double bed. Use the booking code TDT.
Golf tournament reservations and green fees must
be sent to Pastor John Ellwanger by March 17.

Cancellation Policy
Should it be necessary to cancel your registration due to an emergency, you
will be reimbursed in full less the processing fee of $10.00.
All
other cancellations will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee less the
cost of processing ($10.00).
